In 1986 I took a Business Law class in college taught by Attorney Shapiro. He was so dreamy I was taking whatever he was teaching next semester. You guessed it Real Estate 101. I passed the class and began a successful full time Real Estate Career right out of college in Glastonbury Connecticut. Coldwell Banker was my mentor for 8 prosperous years until it was time to raise a family. Connecticut is beautiful but we relocated to Charlotte due to employment opportunities, cost of living, and weather. In 2002 I join Allen Tate Realtors and won numerous awards so it was fate that Debi Gallo Realty Inc. was established in 2004. In 2008 the Great Recession hit and though my firm license is still Debi Gallo Realty Inc. I am affiliated with Southern Hoes of the Carolina's based in Cornelius, Lake Norman. As luck and smart planning would have it I concentrated on Waterfront Condos and Town Homes located on Lake Norman through the recession and it paid off in a huge way. We have made it very successfully through the recession and now that we are on an upswing again in the general economy it has proved to be a gold mine. That is the simple story to becoming a Lake Norman Waterfront Specialist. Hard work, and a little luck. The Luxury designation comes from selling the famous Chateau Lyon Estate in Mooresville North Carolina. It was my great honor and privilege to represent the Morris Family as their Exclusive Buyers Agent in 2012. What a fabulous experience. According to the Charlotte Board of Realtor's I have participated in over 500 successful transactions since 2002. I would like to thank all the Buyers and Sellers over the years that have placed their trust and legal transactions with me. I am very humbled and grateful to everyone. Barry advanced his financial prowess in the computer Industry by co-founding a private capital firm dedicated to the financial and information processing services needs of corporate IT clients. Specifically, Barry exploited his talents in the buying, building, consolidating and selling of corporate data center assets and Real Estate throughout the greater Southeast and West. This company was purchased by a publicly traded company, as revenues top $32m and employees totaled 125+. Today, Barry brings his financial skill set and experience back to the Real estate market here in Lake Norman. His razor-sharp focus is providing his clients the greatest Return on Investment (ROI) whether they are buying or selling.
